As I'm switching projects to 20.5 I noticed I can't get the shelf tools to write even default.shelf file.
A json file appears, shelf_tool_assets.json, emtpy with and no shelf.file is written. If I place one there it's not edited or taken into account.
Has this happened to someone else?
Deleted $HOME folder. Reinstalled H. No avail.

What version of Houdini are you using? There were some issues with saving shelf tools, and that bug has been fixed in H20.5.402.
Hi Rafal, thank you for the info.
I thought I was stuck with 20.5.332, since it was my cut off point from AUP. But I just installed 20.5.410 and ran without license complaints... and as you mentioned the situation is fixed.
