Connecting rigid geometry to APEX skeleton animation

I am fairly new to Houdini but have a question which can give me very powerful capability in designing a connect sculpture.

I have animated two lines using apex skeletons.

I have also used the lines of the skeleton to generate two different detailed geometries which I would like to link back to the animated skeleton, so these new detailed geometries are animated as well.

May someone take a look at the setup and let me know how to best do this?
