This project explores mechanical modeling, rigging, and animation, focusing on a multi-legged robot with a procedural, flexible structure. The design allows for experimenting with various joint and limb configurations while maintaining full motion control. Rigging and animation were done using KineFX for its granular, layered approach.

Once the robot was complete, I wasn’t sure how to use it, so I made it the hero of a logo animation for the Modeler Addon by Alexey Vanzhula, a fantastic addition to Houdini.
