A seven year old project that began with my intention to learn Softimage XSI and express my love for Miyazaki's film, Princess Mononoke. I did animation in XSI (modeling, UV, rigging, skinning) until Autodesk terminated my favorite tool. The project was reignited with the arrival of my 3D printer and a walk-cycle in stop motion was born! The next step was to upgrade the walk-cycle with FX / motion design but not with the traditional C4D, a Houdini master's challenge of procedural tools. For the final rendering, I used Mantra and Octane.
Now return to those forgotten projects!
