Running .bat with existing houdini.env Sept. 19, 2018, 4:03 p.m.

In houdini.env add your actual HOUDINI_PATH:
HOUDINI_PATH = "X:\tools\tools_A;$HOUDINI_PATH;&"

In .bat leave only your tools path:
set "HOUDINI_PATH=Y:\tools\tools_B"

Hi. Same problem here.

I did test FLIP sim, with version 16.0.531 it looked like on fig. 1 (exploded vertices)
With asset in your post it looks like in fig. 2 (normals looks broken)
