Houdini crowds and USD workflow July 20, 2024, 2:28 a.m.

I can import USD with instanced SkelRoots from Houidni into Maya successfully, but I can't make the same USD work properly in Unreal Engine. I tried both UE5.3 and 5.4, all I got is a huge t-pose mesh and missing skeleton.
Has anyone export Houdini crowd as USD to UE successfully?

FETarget constraint collision problem June 2, 2017, 9:03 a.m.

Hi all,
I have some problem about FEM collision.
In the attached image, the red-inside part is my input target geometry and is constrained by “FETarget constraint”.
When the target geometry moves very fast, my solid object penetrate itself.
I have tried to turn on “collision with connected components” and also increase collision sub-step of FE solver, but it didn't work. Dose anyone has good solution to improve that? Thanks.
