Ocean Wave Tank Rendering Jan. 15, 2019, 11:51 a.m.

Hey there, I'm running into issues when rendering my wave tank with my large ocean….you'll see what I mean in the attached render. I'm not sure if it's not meshing properly or what. Everything seems to be correct as far as I can tell. I've attached my scene file if anyone has time to take a look.

I'm also getting some weird geometry blips going on underneath my fluid surface. I used a delete sop after my particle fluid surface sop to get rid of those problem points…I don't know if that could be messing up my render somehow as well.

Large Ocean HQueue Rendering Nov. 7, 2018, 12:03 p.m.

Hey there,
I have a large ocean that I created via the shelf tools….it looks great when I render locally but when I submit to Hqueue it renders without the displacement. Essentially just a flat plane. Is there something I'm missing here? Do I need to somehow bake my displacement into my geo before submitting to HQueue? I attached the scene file, in my Hqueue node I did remove the Hqueue server address for security purposes.

FLIP Water Cup Volume Loss & Collision Feb. 1, 2018, 4:53 p.m.

This is possible, however my current collider doesn't seem to have any holes in it.

However I did try to use Tomas' method but for some reason my collision source node does not have all the options that his does and mine doesn't seem to be turning the geo into a VDB. I'm running Houdini 16.5 and even in the documentation I'm seeing parameters for that node that I'm unable to access.
