Hi,

I was working in my mac using HOU 12 Apprentice and after Houdin crashed I tried to open the application again and I got a mesage saying Error TMP/USER/252.hip

After that I have tried to re-install HOU but I still have the same issue that once I tried to open it , I always got the same error message.

Before this issue in Houdini, for some reason when I was working with Volcano tool , the Tools Icons were not visible till the point that Houdini crashed

What should I do in this case ? My video card is a GForce580 and my computer runs very well Maya, Nuke and even Mari.

What is the best way to remove the HOUDINI 12 Apprentice files from my computer and re-install again everything ?
