Hello, I need help with the same problem - notebook Dell Latitude 3450 with Intel HD 5500.
HOUDINI_OGL_DUMP_SHADER_ERRORS - doesn't help.
P.s. On the image you can see a box and a sphere (Shaded Bounding Box mode)….well, some sort of it =\
