The Procedural Artist program includes a few courses with Houdini being taught at lectures:
Procedural Modelling: Entirely in Houdini, using mostly SOPs and importing to Unreal using HDA
Technical animation: Some KineFX regarding retargeting animations to other rigs
Advanced VFX: Creating simulations (soft and rigid bodies mainly) and importing to Unreal using VATs
Real-time Engines: Using Houdini to generate Heightfields
Pre production projects: Using Houdini to learn grooming pipeline
