Learn how the spline-based aqueducts were set up for Caelus. The aqueducts are made from decorated modules populated over a spline with procedural pillars, cutouts, and decor.
Learn how the modular buildings were created for Caelus. Towers are generated using a unique blockout method, where generic shapes are converted into detailed, intricate towers.
Explore how the building modules of Caelus were generated. The buildings are procedural and can be dynamically adjusted, and consist of elements such as arched roofs, multiple window types, greebles, and procedural texture generation using COPs.
The buildings are assembled using the individual, procedural module pieces. Similar to the tower generator, the building generator uses simple blockout shapes to generate more intricate structures.
Learn how the stylized terrain of Caelus was created. This system also uses a blockout technique to generate more detailed meshes. These meshes then generate texture colors and masks based on properties of the mesh that are then baked out into textures.
