Thank you, Mr Miguel, for your very outstanding tutorials series, this is exactly the type of highly detailed tutorial I so wish Houdini had at the very launch of the Solaris system, I spent months in total confusion not knowing what is the correct workflow because everybody was also caught trying to understand how it works, keep up the great work sir, you prepared this tutorial series so well to take anybody from start to finish

Thank you for the tutorial. For those attempting the final project, when adding a Quick Surface Material inside the material linker, it automatically inserts an 'Edit Material Properties' node into the tree, so there's no need to right-click and add another 'Edit Material Properties'. If you do, the one added automatically will override your changes.
