Hi,

i know that there is a curve-snapping function (via primitive snapping) but could someone let me know if it is possible to curve snap similar to how it is done in maya.

In maya you could hold down the c-key and and middle mouse click and drag on a curve.

This way you could move an object along the curve easily be cause it was locked onto whatever curve you select.

I dont seem to be able to do that in Houdini. Am i missing something or is that really not possible?

It would be a huge time safer i think, because now you have to go back a forth. I hope it is clear what i meant. The snapping works but is there a way to have it lock on the curve?

All the best!
