I created a subnetwork (shift+C) how do I remove nodes?

Hi,
if by “remove” you mean “delete”, you can simply dive into the subnetwork (double click on it or select it and press “i”), select the nodes and press “del”.
If by “remove” you mean “move them back to where they came from”, you probably need to select those nodes you want to move back (again, being inside the subnetwork), press CTRL+X, go back to where they came from and press CTRL+V. You may then need to reconnect everything.
Maybe I misunderstood the question, though?
