This COP passes its inputs out of the parent 
Subnetwork. That
is, the i-th input to this node becomes the i-th output of the parent
subnetwork. Signature of this node is
controlled by the Outputs multiparm of the parent network; this node is also
present inside of HDAs, where its signature relfects that of the containing
operator.
Only one Output node should exist at the same level.
